Condition of course, challenge, interesting layout, good pace of play.

If I had to choose, it would be that the course seemed overwatered in places.

Excellent 27 hole facility. Open for public play Monday and Tuesday if you can play those days. A great value. Course is hilly (but not unwalkable) and very interesting with each hole being distinctive. It's a great, challenging layout that the good golfer will enjoy. The course was in nearly perfect condition when I played.
