Well someday this will be a nice 9 hole course! The course lacks mature vegatation, as it appears to be a former cow pasture. The area by the club house and maintence shed we're "soggy". Several of the holes had the red soil exposed. Maybe when lot sales are complete and there is more financial resources available for local folks this will be a course to work on one's game. After spending a couple of days playing Wolf Hollow and Percy Quinn's Quail Hollow this course seems like a high schooler's first attempt to build a course.

I will say the folks were friendly, but the course is overpriced for the current condition and location.
