The courses strenghts are the trees that sometimes are in play, an the river that comes into play on a few holes. Other challeges are the unpredictable greens, in a drought they will be fast, and after a few inches of rain, they can run slow.

One weaknesses is that the course is 2 hours from Minneapolis, but worth the drive. Another weakness is fall play can somtimes effect a golfer finding his ball in the leaves.

I was member at this golf course a few years ago, and know live in AZ. As we all know AZ has some great track, but as far as bang for your buck, Benson GC is miles ahead of any ohter course. I travel back there from time to time just to play it.

Customer Service

For being a publicly owned golf course, I would rat the service as good. Once you get to know the local culture, you will begin to enjoy your play.
