Makes you work. You need to be able to hit fades & draws to score well. The greens are like a skating rink. If you can play well here, you can play anywhere.

The course is a touch short if you're looking for something in the 7000 range, but for most golfers who don't have a hormone problem, this is a great course

The front nine is flater and eases you into the real challenge at OGC. By the 4th hole, a par 4, uphill dogleg right,with a left to right slope, you start to realize that you pretty much need every shot you have in your bag. The 5th is a par five, slight dog left with a right to left slope. If you can't hit sidehill shots on tight fairways, the front 9 beats you up. The back 9 is hilly, with several blind tee shots. The course is great fun.
