Variety of holes which allows for shot-making.

Extremely difficult to walk, but based on the terrain I can hardly fault the course for that because it is unbelievable that anyone could build a course on that hill.

Excellent course. Beautiful fairways and very demanding greens. Brings the best out in you. Trust recommendations on scorecard for shots.

Centered in Des Moines East side, walk-ons welcome, Large mature tree's and water hazerds, some sand, need to work ball to score, Greens are tough !

Lacks sand traps, need water and more locations, Bathrooms in club house are terrible, need more bathrooms and refreshments on course while playing- pop machine etc.crat paths that are chalked by greens are way to far from greens for cart parking. Need to imrove eating tables and concession! there is none- need to remodel.

Nice short course, well kept for a city owned 18 hole course. Great course to walk. Drove 13th hole 365 yds today.

Not very friendly at front counter, other regular golfers are great!
