Friendly staff and fellow golfers. Very inexpensive. Close to town and a nice setting for such a small course. Often open when other courses are not. You can easily play 9 in an hour if you can set your own pace.

Poor condition. Frequently play is slow because many patrons are not strong on golf etiquette in my experience.

This is the worst course you will ever love. This course is always in mid-season form, because it's not in all that great shape in mid-season. It is a par 30 'Executive Course' that provides some good short game practice. Maintenance is fair/poor: the upside is sometimes you can't tell if you're off the fairway and in the rough. The greens are scarred in patches and frequently very nubby. The greens are also somewhat small so they will test your short game accuracy.
