Ye Nyne Olde Holles golf club is one of the most beautiful courses in the state- no doubt. The views of Lake Charlevoix alone make it worth the nominal greens fee. The undulating terrain makes walking tough for some, but I would recommend it if at all possible. From snowmelt to snowfall, the condition of tees, fairways and greens are good. Has a classic feel to it(which is expected because it's almost a century old, hence the name). Watch out for the uphill 180 yard par 3 3rd- it's arguably the toughest on the course. Oh yeah, be sure to take advantage of the 398 yard par 5 1st.

The tee times are easy to make (sometimes you don't need one) and the service can't be beat
