Cheap, quick drive from my house.

Poor sand, grass, and greens.

Course is usually in VERY poor condition, they just opened today and I talked to someone who went who said the course was in much better condition than usual. Small par 3 course, dry grass, slow greens, sand that is never groomed so it has erosion from the rain, a solid top and usually buried rocks that are murder on your club. Course is cheap, and that makes up for it, $12 for 18 holes some days, but you'll be playing the same 9 holes twice because it's only a 9 hole course.
