Spacious, with large landing areas - especially on front nine. Can be forgiving to slicers. Back nine more narrow. Challenging around green. Have to hit over sand or other trouble onto fast sloping greens. Rough is tough to hit out of.

*like a walk through the park--nothing but open air and trees--you never see a home in 18 holes
*if pin placements are tough--will make for a long day
*leaves very well maintained in the fall
*play is monitored at a 4 hour and 10 minute pace for 18 holes

*untrimmed trees seem to always effect play
*balls in rough are tough to find
*unulating greens will usually not reward a good shot

*course is very well maintained
*very large undulating greens-moderate speed for playability
*landing areas off tees fairly wide--target play helps
*long rough near cut portion of fairways and greens
