Nice feeling to the course, not all holes play side by side. New clubhouse. Good par 3's and par 5's. The majority of the par 4's are short but are somewhat offset by a couple of treacherous ones as well.

Short layout even from the back tees; a driver wedge course. Always excuses for conditioning of the course. The out of bounds can be avoided by ample open areas on the opposite side of the fairway; not much course management required.

Private club set in an established subdivision on rolling terrain. Winding brooks play havoc on several holes as well as the target golf layout design featuring out of bounds on 15 of 18 holes. Good course for the mid to upper handicap golfer.
