The guys I play with and I are big on course management and very ofter find ourselves stuck behind a group here. We know this is part of the game. We've played maybe 30 courses in New England and more out of state. This is the only course we've been standing at the tees waiting for the group in front of us to tee off and had the Ranger tell US to speed up. Not just on one case either. We've been 100-150 yards out with a group on the green and had them hurry US up then as well.

Last season I had the opportunity to get in 9 holes after work and was feeling great. It was a rare opportunity to get a jump on my buddies. I drive by this course on my way home most days. On this occasion, however, I got to the 3rd hole(a tiered teebox) and had a scratch golfer behind me. I let him play through. As I set for my tee shot, two other players(members) came up and accused me of jumping on the course without paying. To prevent an arguement, I showed them my receipt. They got louder and still accused me(never let anyone play through there). I then told them to go ahead, as I needed some time to calm down. To my suprise, as I set for my tee shot (white tees), two kids[ACCOMPANIED BY A RANGER who witnessed this] walked up behind me on the Blues and hit. WHILE I WAS STANDING ON THE TEE BOX!!! Well my game was totally ruined after that. I played two holes and walked off. NEVER to return to this course again!!!

Customer Service

Customer Service, in the Clubhouse, was good and the staff usually helpful. At times when I've played very early and the greens keepers were out, they have been very respectful of my shot taking.
