Target golf with lots of environmentally protected areas. Lot of blind shots as well. Playing the course for the first time is frustrating due to frequently not knowing what is in front of you, how far to hit it. Was in very good condition, greens fast.

This is a beautiful and beautifully maintained course. Greens are very fast and tricky. The hazards are generally very penal. The typical wayward shot is lost forever.

Tough to walk due to hills. Bar area is too upscale for those who just want a beer and watch a little of the game on tube.

Great golf course. More of a shotmaking course than grip it and rip it. Need to be careful where you put your shot. Fairways guarded by heavy growth and environmentally protected (keep off) areas. Very scenic course located in very woodsy area. Need to drive it straight (when don't you really) but especially here. Lots of elevation changes and doglegs. Greens are in good condition, fairways excellent.

You wont find a layout like this unless you go to Myrtle Beach. Very challanging but very enjoyable.Some people don't like it because they stink at this course. They blame it on the course. But this is probably the best course around. You must play this some time or you are missing out. It is in good shape but a little hacked up from bad golfers not replacing divits and fixing ballmarks. Very chalanging greens and good tea boxes. You have to play smart. If you do, and keep your ball out of the woods and hazards you will do fine. You have to playt smart and be accurate or you will have trouble. But seriouly an incredibly designed course. Plus there is a par 3 course that is fun to play as well.

Good condition for a publis course, grass driving range, good for warming up but you won't get accurate yardages because it's severly up hill.

Unfair course you will cath alot of bad lies for being in the fairway, because there are alot of hazards it somewhat slows down pace of play.

For a public couse greens and fairways are pretty good Lots of forced carries and lots of Harzards. Not exactly a fair couse because there are too many side hill lies for being in the midlle of the fairway. Some grrens are easy some are tough and some holes you san get away with it if you miss in the right place.
