I grew up in Boston, live in CA and have played some great courses (troon north, harbor town, pga west, bethpage black, etc.) and this is one of my absolute favorites. Carved in the woods, with a carry to all but 1 green, strategic and long without being sneaky. This isn't a bump and run course, but a perfect new england experience.

tremendous western mass course with challenging but fair holes . GREAT staff with a very relaxed attitude towards enjoying your round - they give you credit for knowing what to do on a golf course and don't burden you with the " rules speech " to stert off your round .

A beautiful course which was very well maintained. The course is tough for a 90's scorer. Great tee boxes, tough off the tee and even tougher into the greens. A def private country club feel, beautiful setting with a great staff. Price was reasonable for such a beautiful place.

Signature hole has to be the par 5 eighth--Drive parallel to the right of a large lake, then decide whether you can carry your next shot all the way over the water to the green or lay-up for a shorter but no less knee-knocking 3rd
shot.

The drive--no one I've met there lives within 20 miles of the place. They come long ways to play here.

One of the great finds--here's a true golfer's course, from the first class treatment by the staff to the reasonable daily fees, to the incredible conditioning hard to equal anywhere in New England on a public course.

This is a true test from the back tees and a considerable challenge from the white's. Not one hole disappoints as you work your way around the course.
