I live on this course and play it several times a month. The course has new owners who are trying hard to turn it around. New clubhouse with sit down dining was a great first step. Course has been in good shape with a lot of rain lately. The design is kinda strange. Par 72, that could play as a great 70. Greens are always in good shape and roll medium speed. If your a low handicap, play it from the tips.
