Attractive, appealing holes; well designed for limited area. Easy to walk.

Course is short, even from the back tees.

Well maintained, compact, scenic. Most holes are near major roads so there is significant noise. Greens roll true and are fast. Bunkers were not in good shape, possibly because of the heavy rain in the area this summer.
