Way overpriced at $45 to walk. Military gets a discount if you are not military, much better options in the area.
Course is never in great shape, half the time you can barely tell the rough from the fairways.

They need to drop the price if they expect to compete with other courses in the area.

Could have more hazards in play to promote accuracy, or cut the rough a little longer. I've missed fairways by a hundred yards right and still made par. Long enough to make it a tough walk.

Open to the public. Rates discounted greatly for military, including reservists and retired. This course is one of my secret hookie spots. During the week, you can get in a round in 3.5 hours, and sometimes play another 9 on the sly. No starters or rangers during the week. The white tees are about 6800 yards, so it is long and fairly open. Bring your driver! Double bogeys are born in the pine stands, not so much sand and water. Single-digit handicappers should shoot from the blue or black tees, as length is the greatest challenge here. A good place to hone a beginner's game without getting eaten up by lost balls. Greens are in better shape than a lot of more expensive courses. Word of advice: whatever break you read, cut it in half.
