Va Jo Wa is one of the best overall golf values in New England. The course is in great shape every year and is only $25.00 for 18 holes. There's never a wait to tee off. The front 9 is wide open and the back 9 is narrower and built through hills/mountains in Island Falls, Me It offers great views of Mt. Katahdin and Baxter State Park. Greens offer terrific a challenge. Usually in great shape from June through the beginning of October. Would recommend course to any one. Course maintence is great for a course in this region on the country. Greens are well maintained and very undulating. Tees are offered for all levels. Customer Service Tee times were very easy. Felt very welcomed, family owned course since 1966. So I'm told. Similar Products Used: Golf shop well priced. Range inexpensive. |
