Water makes some of the holes play tough. Greens are very good.

Course needs more detailing around the edges, lack of trees. But consideration given because course is less than 4 yrs old.

Course is pretty wide open, not alot of trees. The greens are very good pretty much all of the time. Course is kind of like a links course but not in the truest of sense. It can play long all the way back but you can keep the ball in play relatively easy on most of the holes. The fairways are zoysia and the ball sits up very well.

Fairways and greens are in excellent condition. Provides you with several different types of shots.

The rough is not filled in completely.

This course is in great condition, the tees, greens, and the overall maintence is definately a priority.
