Course in bad condition, price to exspencive for bad course. Greens arn't kept well. To many people who suck play there and it backs it up.

the holes along the Des Plaines river are a bit soggy at times.

Great practice course for for 7-W. Fairways and greens are well maintained. This is a great course and a great value.

Condition of fairways, rental clubs (which I don't use, but a friend has).

Greens in very good shape. If you hit your irons well, you will shoot very good shots. I am only 13, and I hit irons from every tee, as it is a par 3 course. Tees in fair shape, fairways nothing but dirt, weeds, and small patches of grass. Due to its location along the Des Plaines River, it often floods after hard rains. Good course to practice irons and short games, great for juniors and short hitters. They encourage juniors to play. Overall, good course. Due to the fact that it is a short course, no rounds ever last more than 1 1/2 hours, and I often get done in less than that.
