The Course is in good shape...that is not the issue however. It is incomprehensible to us how it is possible to schedule a twosome, threesome or foursome at FOUR minute intervals and even remotely play an enjoyable round of golf. I have played golf for over 40 years and have NEVER seen a course where on any given hole, there are THREE groups waiting to hit the balll!!!!!! To top it all off in all my years playing golf, I have never had the honor of either witnessing or being the focus of another group confronting golfers on the tee box about slow play while the course is literlly backed up from hole 1 to 18......until I played this course. I have heard that the influx of Californians into this area has resulted in a noticeable drop in etiquette and manners. I suspect this was probably the case as I have never encountered two more classless and despicable females than the two on this course who chose to falsely accuse our group and used some rather questionable language in the process. Eagle Hills has lost three avid golfers as a result of this round of golf. |

This is a terrific golf course for the advanced player. The natural elevation changes have bred a bent combo that provides challenging roughs and lightning fast greens. As with many community gc's, the majesty and charm is occasinally diluted by a small balance of homeowner and cranky G.C.!! That being said, great track, better think first our I'll beat ya by 6! Customer Service The owner, Mr. Begrow, has been able to converge old golf charm while finding a way to live in continuity with the community. All of the community was the recipient of a huge blessing when Mr. Begrow bought the property

This course has houses built all around it. There is tons of OB. It is more interesting than some courses in the Boise area (this is definitely a better course than Cherry Hills, for example), but it is still no one of my favorites. Similar Products Used: Cherry Hills |

Eagle Hills Golf Course is located in Eagle, Idaho approximately 15-20 minute drive from the Boise area. Eagle Hills is a residential golf course so accurate drives are a plus to spare the houses in the neighborhood. This course is very well layed out with an equal number of par 4 and 5 and a few 3 for good measure. The has several undulating fairways. Because the course is in a residential area many (most) of the fairways are narrow by most standards. The course will challenge the average golfer and the first-timer. Featured on a local (Boise Area) late night program entitled "Closest To The Pin" The number 7 hole is a par 3 across a pond. Many people find this to be among the more enjoyable yet challenging holes on the course. The greens are generally well kept and the tee boxes are groomed and marked. Eagle Hills has recently come under competition with another course called Banbury. The competition has forced prices to come down to attract more golfers. Customer Service customer service has always been good. Similar Products Used: Excellent dining and snack facilities. I've attended several tournaments and the facilities are excellent for large gatherings. |
