Course is very run down greens have never been air rated since it was open I think. The only good part is that it is a great place to practice because there is hardly anyone there. Way over priced, for it's condition.

Good

Very cheap for local players. $19 per round. Walk ons can get a tee time within 45 minutes. Much more forgiving hole for slicers. Lots of room on the right on par 5s.

Some of the par 4s are short. Hole placement seems to never change. Driving range is elevated so its hard to calucate accurate distances.

Very dusty. Fairway hard. Greens hard and fast.
