The 13th hole is a short par 3 that requires you to pitch over a spectacular and scenic creek. A waterfall cascades adjacent to the green. Ruins of an old Confederate papermill may be seen through the trees. The 18th hole is a par 5 that's reachable, though very challenging. Your drive, layup, and approach require shots over two large lakes. Formerly one of the best finishing holes on the PGA Tour.

The greens on Nos. 6 and 9 are sloped such that well-played approaches to the green may trickle off. On No. 6, the ball may feed back into a creek. On No. 9, a shot to the center of the green may roll back thirty yards down the fairway.

Challenging, beautiful golf course cut out of the hills and pines of Marietta, GA. Tees and fairways are excellent. Greens are bent, though poa annua is overtaking many of them. Putts are very fast, but fair. You're required to use every club in your bag.
