Nice facility and layout. Very typical of north Georgia courses in design - tree lined, hilly property with lots of pines. Greens were so hard that they wouldn't hold a lob wedge, which detracted from experience.

Tough course with very fast greens. Very well maintained.

There isn't a single shot you don't have to concentrate on. The greens are as pure as you will see and the conditions are always reliable if not exceptional.

It is a solid hour from downtown so it makes business or afternoon golf difficult. The pace can get slow, lots of 3 and 4 putts.

I don't know what the other guy was thinking, but there aren't nicer courses for half the cost that I have ever played in Atlanta, and I've played most of them. This is a fantastic course with lightning fast greens that will challenge you from start to finish. They only course in the area I like better is the Frog and that gets 4 1/2 stars from Golf Digest.

Very nice course. Greens are in great shape. Very expensive to play. Other courses just as nice and closer to home for half the price.

Customer Service

Very polite. When making Tee times they stated they did not have a liquor license. They told us to bring our won cooler of beer if we would like. Have to like that service.

Great North Georgia mountain course with changing elevation. May be best greens I saw this summer. Start out with a tough but makeable par 5 #1 right off the bat. The varying elevations particularly on the par 3's keeps you mentally in the game.

Distance from Atlanta. Seriously, I would rate this as one of my favorites.

A great course. True test of golf. Greens roll true. Plenty of challenge. A very nice upscale daily fee course.
