A rather bland and pedestrian course. Houses/Apartments on every hole. Conditioning only fair but greens were true. SLOW play. Friendly staff.

I played this course 3/10/07.
I was extremely disappointed.
Multiple greens were nothing but pressed dirt as well as several sand filled holes.
The course was just NOT worth the money. I have played $30 courses much better than this one.
If your in the area look somewhere else.
