This course has been bulldozed for a housing project

Good value. Challenging course in good condition. Lots of wildlife along the way (including 13 foot alligator off of 10th tee--be careful if playing close to the pond).

Can get pretty crowded at times. Some holes border apartment complex and others border a major highway.

This is a fairly challenging course. Water comes into play on almost every hole. The greens and fairways were in good condition. Greens are fairly quick. You have to hit the ball straight on this course or will be penalized severely. It is not very long so you can hit a fw wood off of most tees. The back nine is more challenging than the front. I've played this course now about twenty times and it has always been fairly windy.

I believe they are scheduled to build a clubhouse. Right now the proshop is situated in a trailer.

Everyone seems pretty friendly and down to earth.

It probably isn't quite as well maintained as some of your big name courses, but they are trying.

In a word - it's the best public golf course for the money. It will challenge you, and reward you. Good driving range and practice green. It's a McCumber course.
