Very cheap in the "off sseason". Course and shop understaffed, caters to groups. Walkers typically elderly. Slow play is the norm, year round. If no other course is available, try it out if you must. Wide open off the tee most shots. Expect a 5 hour round at best. Overall poor condition greens, fairways, and building/structures. Good place to take a small child to learn, as there will be lots of time.......even when not crowded, "locals" group together in 4's, 5's, and larger groups and play together as it is not monitored.

Polite, but not run by golfers. No control over number of players, tee times, etc.. Caters to large groups of "regulars".

This is about the overall "worst" course in Polk County. Better off driving down 27 and playing Lily Lake's 9 hole course twice. Better fairways, greens, staff and overall experience. Shorter, or course (Exec) but better in every other way...Plus, there #9 is a pain/challenging to birdie...
