Greens where terrible, several where almost all dirt. Course isn't in bad condition except for the greens that are in my opinion unplayable. Not one to complain but I would go back.

Reasonable rates for the area considering location to the beach and strong competition in the Destin area. Some of the greens were designed beautifully with water all the way around. Well designed course over all.

Poorly maintained tee boxes, little if any distinguishing features between fairway and rough.

The front nine has no spacing between fairways and is in a rather unkempt condition. The back nine is the better part of the course but it still lacks overall attention to groundskeeping. (May 2005)
