Shoots in the 80s

This course used to be a Disney property. I would wager that when it was the staff was friendlier, the course was in better condition, and the overall experience was a better one.
The pro shop attendant was rude and abrasive.
The greens were burned in some places, bare in others, and needed cutting in several areas.
The fairways had weeds and so-called 'hard pan' lies could occur on any given hole.
For the price, there are simply FAR better courses. Avoid this one in my book.

Customer Service

Terrible. That sums it up. We were going to play 36 holes. We made a tee time for the second 18 but, because of weather, missed the second tee time. (they pulled everyone off of the course because a storm was within 10 miles - I can appreciate that but...) When we finally finished and then went to check on getting in another 18 because we had "missed our tee time", there was essentially a penalty fee of an additional $10 per player. I have NEVER paid this sort of fee before - and the only reason I paid it this time was because I had guest from out of town.

Similar? I cannot think of any overpriced goat tracks right off hand. This was a nice course until Disney no longer managed it.

Excellent course with a very friendly staff. I would recomend this course to anyone looking for an enjoyable day on one of the best courses in Florida. I have played it several times and have always been impressed on their course conditions.

Customer Service

The staff is well trained and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated.

Very good course, very good conditioning, excellent customer service. However, I played on 3/28/09 and the greens were poor.

This course is worth a try, but I will not come back to pay $120 for a 5 hour round. In addition, the owner is an A**hole. We were next on the tee and then the starter waves a group in front of us. The starter said it was the owner. The owner proceeded to drive onto every tee box and right next to every green. Keep in mind, the rangers were sticklers out our playing partner because he went a bit inside ropes to pick up someone with arthritis that was having trouble with the 5 hour pace of play.

I think the arrogant owner will cuse this course to go downhill. I have played 5 times and enjoyed it, but I don't see myself going back. I'll play Shingle Creek, Hunter's Creek and MetroWest, several times before I'd go to Celebration again.

I played the course for the first and last time on Feb 23 2009. The greens were absolutley disgraceful with little or no grass in many areas. They were rough and it was impossible to reliably select a putting line. On this trip I played Orange County, Champions Gat, Diamondback and Royal St. Cloud. All had immaculate greens. Celebrations were pitiful. The course itself was in reasonable condition - bunkers inconsistent in depth. The course is, at best, middle of the road. Certainly not worth the inflated price.

Customer Service

Usual Florida pro-shop - laisse-faire.

Half-way house wouldn't classify as worthy of a pitch and putt.

Very nice course. Wide open fairways make it enjoyable for any type of golfer. With 5 different tee boxes it challenges you the way you want to be challenged. It can play long a tough or can be played conservatively. First class club house and facilities.

Customer Service

Top notch guest service.

Nice layout near Disney World. This is a Disney course in the Disney town of Celebration. R.T. Jones Sr./Jr. designed this course. Good layout if you like the Jones' layouts. Various pot-bunkers and undulating greens. Mid-length par-3s with good variety of 4s and not-too-hard 5s. A good course and competitive value in the Kissimmee/Disney area. May be in the top 2-3 of the Disney courses.

A little expensive pro-shop (Disney ya-know).
