Yes its true you cannot take carts on the fairways but this course is in immaculate shape, and i was done in 4hours behind a 4some, more of a shotmakers course with several 90 degree doglegs.

greens, pace of play.

pace of play is the slowest around. 6hour rounds. they think they have a pga course, not even close. don't take a cart. greens are slower than a shag rug. a watse of my time and money.
