Very beautiful, although it is a rugged beauty. Lots of trees provide shade and a pleasant atmosphere, but allow for many lost balls. Price is right at 16 dollars. Also, reservations are not allowed.

Unfortunately, the course has exceptionally poor maitainance, which offsets it's beauty. There are no sandtraps. Also, all the holes are short, making the course a little uninteresting for the longer hitters. Greens are very sandy.

Haystack is located in Niwot, Colorado, in sight of the the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Definately one of the easier courses in the area. Short, but it makes a great course to practice your short game.

No, this isn't the best, or hardest course, but it's just fine! Sure, it could have better maintenance, and be more challenging, but it's a good course to practice on, and is really cheap. Not the worst course in my opinion, but not the best.
