It seems like this is a really good kept secret this course. I play here often and love it everytime. It's always very well mantained, Since it's in the middle of a retirement community and condos it has to be kept well, and for someting like $8 it simply cannot be beat. Variety lacks a bit, but the scenery is typically beautiful, and the greens are always in great condition. Much foot traffic from senior citizens since there is a path around the course. It's not overly forgiving, if you hook or slice severly you'll be playing out of someone's back yard or won't even see it ever again. However overall my favorite course, nice tucked away and quiet and I get to use most irons and driver, and for less than $10
