Wow!! Sheer genius by Palmer's Design Company, there's a reason the Samsung Championship was held here. This course will wash away the bad taste accumulated by playing lesser courses. Played on a perfect weather day, but was told its usually very windy. From the moment I stepped onto the course I felt transported into golf as it is meant to be experienced and that feeling lasted all 18 holes. This course compares favorably with Pasatiempo. Palmers team had an incredible feel for what constitutes an enjoyable golf experience, it's subtle but all pervasive here. Like the cart path sides having gentle aprons instead of abrupt curbing. The layout just flows, no attempt to trick or frustrate the player, good shots are rewarded, bailout areas ease the pain of a bad shot. Very fair and balanced and beautiful. Thanks Arnie for this gem!

What a course. Perfectly manicured, and absolutely unflinching in it's punishment of poor course management and hubris. Requires power, finesse, consistency and calm. Loved it! This is a signature Palmer course - tough, very beautiful, and engrossing. Right off the bat is a really tough carry that requires good decision making. Bravo.

Customer Service

The staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic about my golf experience right from my check-in. Cheers.

Stunning course - water, elevation changes, impeccable fairways (even in January). Five sets of tees - very intelligently designed. Rewards playing from the right tees. A proper length tee shot will leave you in the wide part of the fairway, mis-hit it, or leave it short and all kinds of demons (water, creek, fairway bunkers) crawl out. Classy clubhouse, good practice facilities. Annika made the 17th famous with her 366 yds drive during the 2002 World Campionships.

Oh, what a beauty of a course. I played this course when it first opened when I lived in San Francisco. Lovely and challenging. Great service, great restuarant. The feel of a private club. 5 sets of tees and elevation changes. A tough course.

What a beauty. This is an Arnold Palmer designed course that is just outstanding. The course is extremely hilly, with many changes in elevation.

Played it 2 weeks after the LPGA world championship. Despite rain it was in fabulous shape. Beautiful greens that are fairly fast.

Has strategic lakes and lot's of gorgeous landscaping.

Slope rating was 131 from blues. Tough but fair.
