Carmel Valley Ranch

Terrific conditions, great pro-shop. I played this course almost every day during my High School golf season. It was our home course 1989-1993. I assume it still is. At the time I played it was in the top 5 as hardest courses in California. Very plush fairways, and was cool to see where Fred Couples lived. Not sure if he still does or not. We could see him hitting into a net sometimes.

Closed on Mondays, you must be a member or lucky to play.

Probably the finest course I have ever played.
