The course is in perfect condition. It has several teeing options, and uses a variety of measures to get golfers into trouble while providing fair and adequate options to stay out of trouble.

It's in the middle of nowhere and I believe it's semi private and super expensive for the public.

This is one of the most fun courses I've played in Northern California. The design is awesome, unique, ad provides a challenge for players of all levels. It's a great atmosphere and a beautiful, isolated setting to play golf in.
