I agree with the last review. Easy short 9 hole course. Good for all levels of play. You will get to use most of the clubs in your bag. The course is beautiful with peek a boo views and no houses. The course is not a total push-over with some water and trees that do come into play. Conditions are good. No Practice area. It's a good warm up for the other courses in the area.

Sea Pines Lodge/Resort has many good stay and play packages for many of the courses in the area. (Central Coast)They include, Avila Beach, Blacklake, Hunters Ridge, Morro Bay and others. Nice restaurant/bar and not to many $$$$.

A very enjoyable nine-hole course with par 3 and 4 holes ranging from 100 to 350 yards. Two holes with water and a very narrow fairway on hole 6 due to a nearby road. Well-maintained, reasonably challenging greens. A great place for beginning to intermediate golfers to hone their skills; I started playing here as a beginner and continue to find challenges as I improve. But beyond that, just a beautiful place to play golf, with views of Morro Bay, Morro Rock, and the sand dunes. Crowded on weekends, dads bringing kids etc, but at off-peak times you can drop in and play at your own speed.

Shorter than 9 holes of a standard par-72, but longer than many nine-holers since there are four par 4s. Wawona, in Yosemite, would be the closest comparable course I've played.
