Location in Conway without a public course makes this club attractive for the non-member type. Plenty of water to swallow up a dozen or so balls (just kidding). Overall, this is a good looking course. Hole 17 is an awesome hole. Tee off from an elevated tee box on the side of Cadron Ridge (100 or so feet) to a green surrounded on all sides by water. The green is big enough to catch most balls, but still an awesome sight from the side of the hill.

Many holes present little challenge. Facilities aging. Many places in and around the fairways that the grass seems to have been eaten by "hardpan".

This course is an average semi-private course. During the week the green fee including cart was $20. Many of the holes are redundant...straight fairway par 4's trees on either side just under 400 yards. This course would be good for someone in the Conway area who was just looking to go out with a buddy or three, drink a beer or twelve, and hit the ball around but with the absence of any challenge (for the most part) a serious golfer probably won't enjoy it as much. When I played work was being done to the cart paths, which was a little bothersome. Greens are in pretty good condition.
