Decent layout, but in typical rundown muni condition. Staff has no control of the course. i.e. They didn't tell us that they were running behind & we had to wait 1/2 hr after our booked tee time to tee off, which made it too late to get the whole round in. There was a 5-some two groups ahead.

I remember the first time I went to CC. I asked the club guys where the first tee was - he pointed to a large crowd of people. Right then and there I knew this course was waaayyy to busy for my liking. Overall, the course itself is great, unfortunately weekend play or even early weekday play during winter is out of the question for me. I like people but don't need that many crowding me on the first tee. They really need to raise the price a little to bring the traffic down somewhat. I really thought the greens and fairways were in good shape when I played. Again, good course, just too crowded and bad tee time management for my taste.

Fairways have been ruined by golf carts

Interesting muni. Carts have ruined the fairways and play can be very slow if you don't get out before 8.
