This is a cow pasture, complete with hoof marks and manure on the greens, and weeds in the bunkers, and the owner does not care. It has a great layout and potential, but the owner needs to hire a pro to run and maintain it. I told the pro shop about it, and he said the owner does not care.

Palo Duro has potential to be a very good course, but the ownership stinks. They will not maintain it, and they are rude and arrogant to the golfers. There were cows on the course, hoof marks on the greens and bunkers, and piles of dung everywhere. Real old time cow pasture golf, and the owner doesn't seem to care.

Why do I not recommend Palo Duro Creek? Joy is playing with your 83 years young father. Lightning lit the sky on the 6th. We returned to the Pro Shop. The attendant informed us there was no lightning.No refund or rain check. I spoke with the owner Ken. No lightning tracking software. The Pro was on the 6th hole as well, he could not have missed 8 bolts.Later the owner informed me and my Dad, their policy is no refund after 3 holes are completed. I play this course at least twice a week. I eat there, bring friends.The owner then told me he would sacrifice and charge us only for 9 holes. My friend Ken? Pathetic display of stupidity
