Mowers break down? The fairways were as high as intermediate rough and the greens were really slow and bouncy. What happened? The cart kid was as much of a delight as the birdie putt that was kicked right just before the hole by sprigs of uncut flora. The water in the ball washers stunk and the towels were in shreds. However, desk staff was pleasant and I should have stayed there instead of going out to the cow pasture with flags. Very unfortunate for when I played this course a few weeks ago, I found it comfortable if not a pretty good outing. This course plays a little snug, has modest challenges and the surrounding dwellings do not impose a threat to all but the most errant shot. Were the conditions acceptable, it would have been a respectable value.

Having lived in the mid-west the majority of my live and playing a lot of golf there it took me some time to get used to Arizona (desert) golf. Well at this place I found myself back in the midwest with pine trees and wide open fairways. The course has been in great shape everytime I've played (4). Greens were great...not much movement and boy are they big!!

Have played this course numerous times in the past three
years - immaculate greens; not an overly long course but
enough trouble to make an interesting round. Course has never been backed up; staff in both the restaurant and the
Pro Shop always friendly. Good golf for your buck!
