Have played this course several times as it's close to my condo. The two nines are mixed with an easier front, and much more challenging back. This is good as I hate courses that start you off with such difficulty on the first few holes before you get into your round. Having said that, the second hole will get your attention, especially from the back tees. Water down the right hand side catches an ill placed fade off the tee. All in all, a very enjoyable course that builds excitement and challenge throughout the round. Some good birdie opportunities await. Highly recommended.

This course is one of the better tracks in the valley, especially in terms of value. Conditions were excellent, everything is well maintained. The practice facilities (grass range & short game area) are very good.
In general, this course is of medium difficulty. It is not super long (7K from the back tees) but many holes are pretty narrow and angled.
A lot of precision is required off the tee with the driver to avoid sliding off slippery fairways. If you drive the ball well here you can score well... if not, you may see more than your share of cactus and other desert fauna.
With its excellent conditions and price, this course can be quite busy in the cooler months. I recommend an early time to avoid those SLOW golfers that seemed to pack the course when we were there.
Overall this course will not blow you away w/ dynamic and exciting design, but it makes for a fun and challenging round.

Customer Service

The pro staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The club cleaners are a little bit in your face like at most other public courses in the valley. (why do we tip these guys for ... nothing?).
