Typical Florida style course...few trees, good bit of water, etc. Good condition, nice staff. OVERPRICED. Worth about $50.

Staff was nice, no complaints there.

Overall good layout with friendly staff and nice clubhouse and restaurant.

Too many varying size groups on the course. Ranging from groups of 5 in front of groups of 2, etc. Ranger was trying to get everybody through, but pace varied from front to back nine. Course should be 20-30 dollars cheaper than Kina Dunes in comparision to what you get at both courses.

Played Cotton Creek in Gulf Shores last week. Overall the course was in good shape and we enjoyed our round. Not as tough as Kiva Dunes, but overall a good test. Is a couple bucks higher in cost than Kiva Dunes. Next year, I will probably play Kiva twice.

I played Cypress Bend at Craft Farms. This is a good course to play and is fairly wide open. Greens are in good shape and course has a very good design. Overall the course is fair and good for all handicaps.
