Excellent layout and design that can play very fair from the member tees, yet very difficult from the back tees.

some tee boxes are too small and not in the best of conditions. Also some of the fairways have drainage problems and need further drainage pipes added.

Excellent Layout and natural beauty of the whole course. Because most tees feature views of hazards to clear, you must consistantly get off of the tee to have a chance to score well on Riverchase.
